💡 To complete your Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Learn and Earn (L&E) application you must also submit a supplemental application hosted by After School Matters.
Once you have completed the One Summer Chicago (OSC) application, in the CHA Learn and Earn section, click on the Complete your Learn and Earn Application with ASM button on the OSC dashboard:
This will pass you into the dedicated Learn and Earn application hosted by After School Matters where you can rank the L&E program topics that interest you to apply. Click Next through the L&E ASM application and then click Submit to be considered for enrollment.
After you have fully submitted your Learn & Earn ASM application, you may log in to see your Teen Dashboard by going directly to the After School Matters Summer 25 Application login page and entering your Application ID in the Edit an Existing Application section of the login page.
💡 This will only work if you have clicked the Complete your Learn and Earn application with ASM button on the OSC dashboard. The first time to access the ASM application must be done via the OSC application.
