What is a PACR?
The Program Agreement and Consent Release is a form we require all participants and their parents to complete prior to starting programs (even if you are over the age of 18). It is a Teen Checklist requirement that must be fulfilled to receive your pay.
- Teens - The teen waiver is completed by all teens when submitting their application.
- Parents & Guardians - Parents and guardians receive a copy of the PACR directly in their inbox after a teen finishes submitting their application. Please ask them to check their spam folder if they have trouble locating them.
How do I resend the PACR link to my Parent or Guardian if they lost it?
Teens can resend the PACR email to their guardians as needed via the Teen Pay & Stipends section of their Teen Dashboard. You can learn more about Accessing the Teen Dashboard in our help center article.
This is the same email address you provided for the Parent Email field on Step 1 of the Teen Application:
After you click this button, the Teen Dashboard will update to display that the email has been re-sent and your parent will receive an email
What if I need to change the email address for my parent or guardian?
You can view and update your parent's email directly from the Teen Dashboard. The current parent/guardian email address is listed in the Notes section of the Parent Program Acknowledgement, Consent and Release (PACR) checklist item (highlighted below in yellow). You can update this email address by clicking on the Update Parent Email button.
Update your parent's email address and click Save.
After saving your Teen Dashboard will display the new email address in the PACR section. You may now resend the Parent PACR to the new email address if desired.
