1. Once your Wisely account is set up and logged in, click on the 3 dash icon next to the Wisely logo for navigation menu.
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Locate Card Info within Card Settings. Click Replace card.
4. Choose an option that best describes your reason for requesting a replacement card.
a. If you selected “My card was stolen” or “My card is lost”, your card will be locked immediately to protect your account.
b. If you selected “My card is damaged” or “My card never arrived”, you will be asked to choose your shipping method and confirm your delivery information for the replacement card.
5. If you wish to change your delivery address during this process, click Delivery address not correct? and provide your updated delivery address. Click on Update to process.
