1. Once your Wisely account is set up and logged in, click on the 3 dash icon next to the Wisely logo for navigation menu.
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Locate Card Info within Card Settings. Here, you can change your 4-digit PIN, request to replace card, and lock or unlock your card.
4. You just locked your Wisely card. Next step – reach out to Wisely Customer Service to request a replacement card.
